a) Unlimited Usage

You are only granted a one-time-use license for each template. That means once you complete a website project using our template you must purchase it again or a different one for your next website project.

b) Limitation

You may NOT offer these templates or code for redistribution, resale, disassembled, reverse engineered, added to any type of collection or media online or offline, offered for download from any web site nor placed online for browse-to-buy type viewing purposes at anytime. You may NOT extract images or code from the templates or style sheets to sell or redistribute in any manner. You may NOT use any component of our templates or site content to produce what could be directly or indirectly considered a competitive venture against us. This means that these templates are not allowed to use for multi-websites design. You are only granted one-time-use license for each template. Notice: If you are using our template to design website for your client project, you should let them know in advance that you will use a pre-made template in able to avoid possible legal disputes with your clients.

c) Modifications

d) Unauthorized Use

3. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You are responsible for editing and manipulating the templates for your projects. Technical support will be very limited to problems such as not being able to open the template files or unzipping them. Please contact your local web artist or graphic artist for additional service and assistance. Fees and charges may occur.

4. INDEMNIFICATION

These templates shall not be used for websites dealing with any illegal contents.

6. RESPONSIBILITY

You understand that Templatebrahma.com is not responsible for the content, quality or merchantability of any information, product or service offered herein and the user must assume full responsibility to evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or other content. Templatebrahma.com hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose by any vendor, customer, or associate offering information, products, and services linked to Templatebrahma.com website.
The user agrees that Templatebrahma.com is not responsible, and shall have no liability to such user, with respect to any information, product or service offered by others who are linked to Templatebrahma.com website. 7. REFUNDS

All sales are final. Our templates are classified as copyrighted, commercial software; once opened or sent from our mail server they cannot be returned nor refunds honored. This is the industry standard for software licensing agreements. You may use our copyrighted material only within our terms. As the original copyright holders, Templatebrahma.com makes the sole determination as to whether the use of our designs and services is within our terms.
